A fast-growing AI startup builds an operating system for government that is already live with several state agencies. As a deployed agent orchestrator you're a frontline operator: you embed with agencies and enterprises, build demos and agent workflows, and close and expand deals, with a company card and a territory of your own. It's a founder-like seat with real equity upside.

They're hiring 7 deployed agent orchestrators.

What you'll own

• Embedding with agencies and enterprises to understand their work
• Demos and agent workflows that solve their problems
• Closing and expanding deals in your own territory

Must-haves

• Founder caliber: an ex-founder, a management consultant who moved into execution, an early startup employee, or a forward deployed engineer
• Strong presence with senior stakeholders, and deals you closed or grew
• 2+ years of experience (roughly 2–5)
• Based in Austin (or the new San Francisco office), in person, travelling about five days a week, and genuinely up for 996
• US citizenship (required because of the government work)

Bonus points

• Something you founded or grew, with numbers
• Government, defense, legal or regulatory exposure
• Standout achievements, in or outside work

What's in it for you

• $150k–$300k base + 0.2–0.8% equity

• Full-time, in person in Austin, 996, with a lot of travel
• Process: founder interview (intelligence, personality, appetite for the lifestyle) → work trial (ideally five days; weekends possible if you have a job) → reference checks → offer
