About the Role:

As the Trade Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in enhancing company's brand visibility, increasing market share, and boosting profitability. You will develop and execute robust marketing strategies that align with company's goals and resonate with target consumers and partners. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical acumen, and strategic thinking to drive successful trade marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and sales targets.

- Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and create actionable plans.

- Plan and execute wholesale and retail activation programs, promotions, and trade marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and market share.

- Partner with sales teams to ensure effective implementation of trade marketing initiatives at the point of sale.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale, retail, and HoReCa partners.

- Negotiate trade marketing agreements and promotional opportunities to maximise visibility and sales.

- Work with the marketing team to create compelling POS materials, sales collateral, and trade marketing assets tailored to different channels and customer segments.

- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximise ROI.

- Track and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align trade marketing activities with overall business goals.

- Support Business Development Teams in presentations to current and potential clients.

- Train and support sales teams and retail partners on product knowledge, promotions, and merchandising best practices.

- Stay current with industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- At least 3 years of experience in marketing or related roles within the poultry, meat, food, or FMCG industry.

- Strong understanding of retail channels, trade marketing principles, and consumer behaviour.

- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving business growth.

- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

- Fluency in English.
