Job Description:

As a Poultry Trading Manager, you will play a pivotal role in company's operations, driving the UK sales and forging key partnerships in the poultry industry. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing UK trading customers and inquiries, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
• Strategising to enhance trading volume and drive profitability.
• Developing and refining processes and procedures to streamline operations.
• Collaborating closely with the sales team to align strategies and achieve targets.
• Proactively identifying surplus stock opportunities to capitalise on market trends.
• Providing leadership to the commercial support team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Cultivating a professional and collaborative environment conducive to success.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must possess:

• Proven experience in poultry trading or related field, with a strong track record of success.
• Deep understanding of the UK poultry industry, including market dynamics, supply chain management, and regulatory requirements.
