About the Role

A new opportunity became available at one of the Restaurants within a group, for chefs of any level to join their team. The restaurant brings the best of the Mediterranean, a modern oasis with an open-plan layout, complete with a bar, offering a perfect setting to savor pre or post-shopping beverages. The culinary experience includes all-day tapas, generous sharing charcuterie boards, and stone-baked sourdough pizza.

Qualification and Experience required

- Proven experience in a similar restaurant set up

- Culinary degree or relevant certification

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Knowledge of HACCP and kitchen safety protocols

- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
