Junior Technical Manager

Job Description:

In this role, you'll spearhead the Quality Assurance function in the UK, supported by the dedicated team at the European head office. As business grows, you'll have the unique opportunity to establish and lead the development of the QA department within the UK office.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain quality systems, including HACCP, BRC, and QS.

- Implement robust Quality Control procedures.

- Oversee laboratory analysis and conduct audits.

- Collaborate effectively with international teams.

- Manage DEFRA, APHA, FSA, and Port Health requirements.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in QA or food safety.

- Ideally hold a Degree in Food Quality and Safety or a related field.

- Strong proficiency in HACCP and BRC requirements.

- Excellent verbal and written English skills.

- Fundamental understanding of supply chain processes.
