We're looking for an Account Manager to nurture and expand lower-spend accounts into high-value clients. This role is focused on building strong, long-term relationships with clients, activating new accounts, and helping brands unlock value through effective UGC strategies.

You will work closely with clients to understand their marketing objectives, guide them on UGC best practices, and support concierge clients in developing high-impact content strategies.

This role offers the chance to learn UGC strategy from the ground up, gain direct client exposure, and step into greater account ownership as you grow.

Responsibilities

Client Growth & Activation

  • Drive acquisition, activation, and growth of tail-end clients on the platform
  • Collaborate with the Account Manager to evaluate client performance, iterate on strategies, and implement improvements that drive sustained growth.
  • Identify opportunities to increase client spend and platform adoption
  • Build a strong pipeline and consistently meet growth targets

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and retention

UGC Strategy & Consultation

  • Work with clients to develop effective UGC and influencer marketing strategies
  • Guide concierge clients on content direction, creator selection, and performance optimisation
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign performance and industry trends

Market & Industry Awareness

  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, especially in UGC and influencer marketing
  • Bring insights from the Australian market to improve offerings and positioning

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to improve client experience
  • Provide feedback to internal teams based on client needs and market demand

Requirements

  • 5 years' experience in advertising, marketing, account coordination, or digital growth roles
  • Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, including paid social, content, and performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience or strong knowledge of UGC and influencer marketing
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive growth
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth and client success
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
