About the Role

Roar Apex is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketer to drive awareness, lead generation, and conversion for its B2B event technology platform.

As an early hire, youll take ownership of the full growth spectrum - from building outreach systems and content strategy to optimizing campaigns and tracking results. Youll work closely with the founders to experiment, iterate, and scale repeatable growth systems with measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Research and segment high-value target audiences (universities, event organizers, conference operators).
  • Execute targeted email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns; test subject lines and value propositions.
  • Manage CRM hygiene and support appointment setting.
    KPIs: Leads per week, reply rate, meetings booked.

2. Content & Social Media

  • Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, and X profiles with consistent posting and engagement.
  • Create and repurpose visual content showcasing clients, events, and EOS technology.
  • Grow community engagement across key partner channels.
    KPIs: Engagement rate, follower growth, social-driven traffic.

3. Website & SEO

  • Audit website UX and recommend conversion-focused improvements.
  • Implement relevant keyword strategies for event tech and live video.
  • Publish monthly case studies or blog posts.
    KPIs:
    Organic traffic, landing page conversion, ranking growth.

4. Email Marketing & CRM

  • Build segmented email lists and automated nurture flows.
  • Create newsletters and follow-ups with strong copy and CTAs.
  • Track performance metrics across campaigns.
    KPIs:
    Open rate, CTR, conversion rate.

5. Partnerships & PR

  • Identify collaboration opportunities with event and tech partners.
  • Manage small-scale PR, backlink, and media outreach.
  • Secure mentions in relevant publications.
    KPIs:
    Mentions, backlinks, referral leads.

6. Analytics & Reporting

  • Maintain a weekly dashboard tracking performance by channel.
  • Analyze data to identify quick wins and scale effective tactics.
  • Present concise weekly and monthly insights to founders.
    KPIs:
    CAC, lead-to-meeting conversion, ROI per channel.

Requirements

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing preferably in a B2B SaaS or event-tech context.
  • Proven ability to generate qualified leads and build scalable growth funnels.
  • Strong writing, creative ideation, and analytical mindset.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, data-driven startup environment.

  • Design & Content: Canva, Figma, Descript, Loom, ChatGPT

Daily Focus

  • Add 1020 new leads and send 1020 outreach messages.
  • Publish or schedule 1 piece of content or post.
  • Engage with 23 community or client interactions.
  • Review performance metrics and make small adjustments.

Weekly Focus

  • Launch or iterate one campaign/test.
  • Deliver weekly growth performance report.
  • Sync with founders for feedback and next steps.

Monthly Focus

  • Review funnel performance and KPIs.
  • Present results, insights, and next months priorities.
  • Update documentation (lead lists, playbooks, templates).
