About the Role

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Automation Expert to design, develop, and maintain AI-driven workflows that enhance operational efficiency. This role focuses on building scalable low-code/no-code solutions using platforms like n8n and OpenAI. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a passion for practical AI applications and at least one year of experience in automation engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize prompt structures to enhance the performance and reliability of AI (LLM)-based tools, especially with OpenAIs APIs.

• Build and maintain automation workflows using platforms like n8n or similar (e.g., Zapier, Make).

• Integrate multiple tools and APIs to streamline business operations (e.g., CRMs, databases, Slack, email systems).

• Experiment with and deploy conversational and task-based AI agents using ChatGPT and other LLM platforms.

• Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams to identify opportunities for automation.

• Monitor performance, log usage, and iterate based on user feedback and results.

• Maintain documentation and best practices for prompt design and automation flows.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in automation engineering, AI integrations, or similar roles.

• Proficient in tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make.

• Hands-on experience using OpenAI APIs (ChatGPT, GPT-4) for business automation and content generation.

• Strong understanding of prompt engineering concepts and how LLMs interpret language.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and integrating third-party platforms.

• Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript) is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
