AI-First Product Engineer

Roar Labs is the product innovation arm of Roar Global. We build fast, scalable AI-driven tools across marketing, data, and business automation.

We are looking for an AI-First Product Engineer who can rapidly build MVPs using modern AI tools while maintaining clean, scalable code architecture.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship MVPs within 2–4 weeks
• Design scalable backend and frontend architecture
• Use AI tools (Cursor, Claude, GPT, Copilot, etc.) to accelerate development
• Integrate APIs, databases, authentication, and analytics
• Structure clean, modular, maintainable code
• Deploy using modern stacks (Vercel, Supabase, Firebase, AWS, etc.)
• Ensure products are secure and scalable
• Collaborate with Product & Marketing to iterate fast

Requirements

• Strong full-stack development experience
• Experience building scalable web applications
• Solid understanding of: Databases (MongoDB etc.), APIs (REST), Authentication systems and Cloud deployment
• Experience using AI coding tools effectively
• Understanding of product architecture & scalability
• Ability to move fast without compromising structure

• Built SaaS products before
• Experience with AI integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Experience shipping MVPs from scratch
• Startup or product-building mindset
