About the Role

Roar Apex is seeking a Product Engineer (Full-Stack) to join our client's Growth & Monetization team. In this role, you will work directly with company leadership to launch a new live creator experience that drives revenue and activation outcomes. You will take full ownership of the funnel from user onboarding to conversion tracking and iteration.

This is a fast-paced, greenfield role with real product and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship a new product experience using Ruby on Rails and React
  
• Own the entire activation funnel, including UX, analytics, and revenue performance
  
• Collaborate directly with product and engineering leadership to define and execute roadmap priorities
  
• Use data to inform iteration and optimization, driving measurable growth
  
• Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Cursor to move faster, code smarter, and solve problems creatively

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development (Rails + React strongly preferred)
• A strong product mindset you ask why, simplify complexity, and build with outcomes in mind
• Proven ability to take ownership of projects from concept to launch
  
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance development workflows
  
• Comfortable working autonomously in fast-moving environments
