About the Role
3P Media, the official Media Sales Representative for Google Ads in Sri Lanka, is looking for a motivated and strategically minded professional to join our team as an Account Manager. The ideal candidate will have some hands-on experience running Google Ads campaigns and a solid working knowledge of the platform, combined with a background in digital marketing. In this role, you'll help support and grow client portfolios by identifying new opportunities and contributing to successful partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of high-value Google clients, supporting their Google marketing needs and ensuring optimal campaign performance.
- Identify, onboard, and activate new brands and businesses into the Google Ads ecosystem.
- Spot and seize relevant market opportunities to drive growth and impact.
- Foster strong relationships with both new and existing clients, collaborating closely with sales and creative teams to craft compelling pitches and campaign proposals.
- Partner with client stakeholders to align their marketing strategies with overarching business objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed internal reports and documentation with precision and accuracy.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, maintaining a robust internal and external reporting and update process.
- Oversee and streamline internal processes and operational workflows to ensure efficiency.
- Work alongside the technical team to proactively address client needs and challenges.
- Act as the first point of contact for basic technical support and client queries, delivering prompt and effective assistance.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in account management or sales, specifically within digital marketing or advertising.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms is essential.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish and nurture strong client relationships.
- High proficiency in preparing and maintaining detailed reports and documentation with precision.
- Outstanding organisational abilities to efficiently handle internal processes and operational tasks.
- Basic technical expertise to address client inquiries and provide first-level support.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
