About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Creative Associate for Roar Media! We are seeking a versatile and experienced creative writer who will write, conceptualise, and help produce high-quality content for a range of clients.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and write creative content, including articles, copy, scripts, and other materials.
• Create and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all written content.
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor activities to inform content strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, designers, video editors, and overall production, to gather information and ensure the content aligns with overall objectives.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines
• Stay up-to-date with emerging writing techniques and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with all teams to actively participate in the production of content, which may involve conducting interviews, attending shoots, and coordinating with the relevant departments.
• Engage in client meetings, pitch processes, and cross-functional collaboration to develop compelling content strategies aligned with client objectives and target audience.
• Be open to traveling around the country for meetings and shoots.
• Conduct quality checks on final products to ensure accuracy and clarity.

Requirements

• Proven work experience in copywriting/scriptwriting.
• An academic background in communication, English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field may be required.
• 3-5 years of experience working in a similar capacity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with strong attention to detail.
