About the Role

Roar Bangla, the Digital Platform media sales arm of Roar Global in Bangladesh, is a trusted APAC partner dedicated to empowering Bangladeshi brands to maximize their media investments on Meta. Through expert media buying solutions, support, tailored invoicing, and superior customer service, we help businesses run optimized Meta campaigns that drive efficiency and results.

We are looking for a highly motivated Manager - Client Partnerships to join our team in Dhaka. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Media sales and a proven track record in building and nurturing client relationships within the advertising and media sales sector. This role is crucial for our growth in the Bangladeshi market and offers an exciting opportunity to work with major brands and agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies for prospecting and acquiring new customers while growing existing accounts.
  • Establish and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key agencies and expand our direct client database.
  • Identify and capitalize on relevant market opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage internal processes and operations effectively to ensure smooth client service delivery.
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets by maintaining a strong book of business.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in media sales, business development, or client relationship management, preferably within the advertising or digital marketing sector.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong presentation abilities to effectively educate clients on our solutions.
  • Mindset: A self-motivated individual with a genuine passion for sales and a proactive, results-driven approach.
  • Bonus Points: Experience or a qualification in Digital Marketing would be a significant advantage.
