As AI-driven discovery reshapes digital marketing, traditional SEO and media strategies are no longer enough. BrandRadar enables marketing teams to measure, benchmark, and improve their visibility across AI search environments. We are building the AI visibility category globally and expanding our presence in India.

We are on the lookout for an Enterprise Sales Manager – MarTech to drive revenue across mid-market and enterprise brands in India.

You will be responsible for selling directly to marketing and digital decision-makers, owning the full sales cycle, and building strong relationships across the marketing ecosystem.

This is a revenue-first role with clear targets and meaningful commission upside.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage enterprise sales pipeline across India
  • Prospect and engage CMOs, Heads of Digital, Performance Marketing Leads, SEO & Content teams
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations focused on measurable marketing outcomes
  • Deliver product demonstrations and ROI-driven presentations.
  • Close mid-market and enterprise ARR deals.
  • Develop strategic relationships with media and digital agencies
  • Maintain disciplined CRM reporting and forecasting
  • Provide structured weekly pipeline and revenue updates

Requirements

  • 5–10 years experience in MarTech, digital media, or performance platform sales
  • Experience selling to marketing teams (not only IT or procurement)
  • Strong understanding of digital KPIs (SEO, performance marketing, share of voice, CAC, ROAS)
  • Experience managing enterprise deal cycles
  • Proven track record of closing revenue (not just generating meetings)
  • A hunter mindset with strong ownership

Preferred Background

  • Google / Meta / TikTok sales teams
  • SEMrush, Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, MoEngage, WebEngage, CleverTap
  • Digital media or performance marketing platforms
  • Enterprise SaaS selling into marketing departments

  • Strong qualified enterprise pipeline
  • Consistent CMO-level conversations
  • 8–15 closed accounts
  • Clear and growing ARR contribution
