About the job Account Manager

3P Media, part of Roar Global, is looking for a motivated and strategically minded professional to join our team as an Account Manager. The ideal candidate will have some hands-on experience running Google Ads campaigns and a solid working knowledge of the platform, combined with a background in digital marketing. In this role, you’ll help support and grow client portfolios by identifying new opportunities and contributing to successful partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of high-value clients across the Google advertising ecosystem, ensuring strong campaign performance, strategic alignment, and measurable business impact.
  • Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Google Ads products to guide clients on best practices and performance optimisation.
  • Identify, onboard, and successfully activate new brands and businesses into the Google Ads ecosystem, driving adoption and long-term growth.
  • Build and maintain strong rapport with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and fostering long-term partnerships through proactive communication and strategic guidance.
  • Spot, evaluate, and capitalise on relevant market opportunities to accelerate client growth and competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, creative, and strategy teams to develop compelling pitches, data-driven proposals, and integrated campaign strategies.
  • Apply strong digital marketing strategy knowledge, including audience targeting, funnel planning, performance measurement, and optimization frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain detailed internal reports, dashboards, and documentation with high accuracy and clarity for both internal and client-facing use.
  • Work closely with technical teams to proactively resolve client challenges and implement performance-enhancing solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and basic technical support, ensuring timely, solution-oriented responses.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in account management or sales, specifically within digital marketing or advertising.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms is essential.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish and nurture strong client relationships.
  • High proficiency in preparing and maintaining detailed reports and documentation with precision.
  • Outstanding organisational abilities to efficiently handle internal processes and operational tasks.
  • Basic technical expertise to address client inquiries and provide first-level support.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
