The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for overseas client requirements. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for international roles while ensuring timely delivery and a strong candidate experience aligned with client expectations.

Responsibilties

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management)
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS systems
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Negotiate offers and manage pre-employment processes
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
  • Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Experience in tech hiring is mandatory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices
  • Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work under deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
