About the Role

We are hiring a talented Creative Designer for Roar Media on a 3-month contract to work on multiple projects, from concepts to completion. This includes conducting research, brainstorming design concepts, and illustrating and implementing final designs, primarily for digital and social media platforms. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team and stakeholders to understand project objectives, target audience, and design requirements.
• Conceptualise and create original and striking visual designs for social media graphics, digital content, marketing materials, website elements, and infographics.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in style, tone, and visual identity.

• Work with writers and other team members in creating designs.

• Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to continuously improve design work.

• Prepare and optimise designs specifically for various digital formats and social media platforms.

Requirements

• Over 1 year of proven experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Demonstrated experience in creating social media and digital content, showcasing a strong portfolio of relevant design projects.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and visual appeal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently on individual projects.
• Fast turnaround time, ability to work methodically, and meet tight deadlines.
