Product Growth Manager

Roar Labs is the product innovation arm of Roar Global. We build fast, scalable AI-driven tools across marketing, data, and business automation.

We are looking for a Product Growth Manager who can take products to market, speak directly to customers, close early adopters, and continuously refine the product based on real-world usage.

Responsibilities

• Speak to potential customers weekly to validate product ideas
• Identify real pain points and buying triggers
• Close early adopters and pilot users
• Define ICP and pricing strategy
• Build simple but effective go-to-market plans
• Run outreach campaigns when required
• Own early-stage revenue targets
• Collect usage feedback and translate into product improvements
• Track activation, retention, and revenue metrics
• Work closely with Product Engineering to prioritize features

Requirements

• Strong communication and sales skills
• Experience speaking directly with business owners or decision-makers
• Understanding of SaaS pricing and packaging
• Basic understanding of analytics and funnels
• Ability to identify patterns in customer feedback
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and early-stage environments
• Clear and persuasive communicator

Bonus

• Experience launching a SaaS product
• Background in B2B sales
• Experience in marketing tech, analytics, or performance marketing
• Worked in startup or high-growth environments
• Experience structuring feedback into product roadmaps
