In this role, you will spend your time actively hunting, cold emailing/calling, and seeking new opportunities to drive sales and grow awareness of ROAS Media as well as nurturing inbound leads.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops and executes strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our client base
Create and communicate sales goals and ensure stakeholders are informed on the progress of those goals
Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs
Understand industry-specific trends
Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals
Research and source new leads and opportunities
Identify and close new leads
Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets
Build, manage and train a global Business Development Team
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Great communication skills, written and verbal
Must have a desire to learn about the eCommerce industry and understand the processes
Excellent administration skills and good attention to detail
Support the strategic objectives and interests of the business
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
1-2 years sales and business development experience with a proven track record of delivering results (eCommerce or Retail industry preferred but we are open to all industries!)
Proven negotiation skills
Comfortable presenting to all levels of clients from C-level executives to small business owners
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter mentality, and a genuine love of selling
