Veterinarian

Searching for a Veterinarian in Lebanon, TN. The owner of this practice retired and the new owners are looking for a partner to run all clinical operations of the facility.  The practice is dated and plans are in place for capital expenditures for improvements to the facility and equipment.  The ideal candidate would lead the practice, develop their team, be awarded partial ownership as a sign on bonus with expected value $1m+ after five years and receive distributions on revenue. Veterinarian Responsibilities:

• Assessing and examining patients, and diagnosing their medical issues.
• Conducting laboratory tests on specimens to diagnose medical conditions.
  

• Performing diagnostic imaging and ultrasound tests.

• Performing surgery, dressing and treating wounds, and prescribing medication.

• Promoting preventative care by advocating and administering routine vaccinations, and by educating clients on positive diet and lifestyle choices for pets.
• Improving patients dental health by performing checkups, and cleaning and extracting teeth.

• Euthanizing patients.

• Ensuring compliance with veterinary ethics and relevant statutes, policies, and procedures.

• Maintaining patients medical records

Veterinarian Requirements​:

• Doctor of veterinary medicine degree.

• 2+ years experience as a DVM(preferred) accepting applications with less experience

• Appropriate state licensure.

• Strong affinity for animals.

• Outstanding communication skills.
