• Understand the demands and pain points of the HR department, organize and diagnose problems at any time, formulate professional plans, eliminate pain points and solve problems.
• Undertake various projects and policies of COE and HRBP departments, adapt them according to business specificities, continuously optimize project processes, and improve project output quality. (Such as performance, school recruitment, HC formulation, talent inventory, etc.)
• Effectively manage employee relations, improve employee satisfaction; discover high-potential talents, and protect the development environment for core talents.
• Strengthen and inherit company values ​​through measures such as learning development, performance management, incentive management and continuous communication.

• Love human resources career, have the will and motivation to pursue excellence and shape industry-leading practice. Practical and courageous, able to transform the sense of mission into long-term persistent action and exploration.
• Working for more than 5 years, familiar with the mature work process, tools and methods of HRBP or COE direction. Those who have in-depth understanding and judgment on the operation logic and leading practice of at least one of the above two directions are preferred.
• Working experience in a large Internet company or multinational company is preferred, and experience in medium and large projects is preferred.
• Able to bear greater work pressure and adapt to the company's rapid development work pace.
