You will be the therapeutic area scientific expert and medical leader and responsible for developing and implementing local medical strategy and tactics. You will shape and lead the activities of the company with Health Care Professionals, for the benefit of patients.

• Deep scientific and medical knowledge of our products and treatment trends  Peer-to-peer discussion with external clinical and non-clinical partners (e.g. Physicians, Pharmacists, Hospital Managers) to feed and shape the medical strategy.
• Trusted medical and scientific partner for external in internal stakeholders.

• Scientific degree: Medical Doctor, Pharmaceutical or other Biomedical degree
• Minimal 3-5 years within Medical Affairs in the pharmaceutical industry
• Proficient in English
• Strength in research and interpretation of medical data
• Critical thinking, excellent analytical, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills
• Able to work in a team and independently with a focus on open, transparent and collaborative relationships, aligned on common goals
• Strong influencing skills and able to proactively apply problem-solving strategies
• Strong focus on customers and patients
