Join the Modivcare program as an Inbound Customer Service Representative! You will assist members with non-emergency medical transportation needs, ensuring that they are able to get to their medical appointments on time. Key Responsibilities:

Assist Members: Answer inbound calls, assist members with transportation requests, and resolve issues with previous appointments.

Manage Transportation Recovery: Work with members to resolve transportation failures and ensure that necessary trips are rescheduled.

Provide Benefits Information: Help members understand transportation benefits eligibility and navigate related inquiries.

Problem-Solving: Handle calls with patience and professionalism, even in challenging situations where members may express distress or impatience.

System Navigation: Utilize multiple client systems to ensure accurate processing of transportation requests using function keys.
Qualifications:

Personality Fit: Must have a friendly, caring, and empathetic attitude. This role requires the ability to work well under pressure and manage stressful calls effectively.

Computer Skills: Proficiency with computers, including basic systems navigation. Familiarity with using function keys is recommended (training will be provided).

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on providing clear and empathetic support.

Background Check & Drug Screening: A drug screen and background check are required before starting. The cost of the background check and drug screening is $75, paid directly to the vendor.

Tech Requirements:

Must meet system and equipment requirements, including having 12GB of RAM, a minimum 40GB of hard drive space, and a dual-monitor setup.

Internet connection must be hard-wired with a minimum of 30 mbps download speed and 10 mbps upload speed.

Class Times: Two 4-hour class sessions are available:

9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. ET

3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. ET

Certification Phase: Live Call-Taking (Start earning revenue after certification completion).
