We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Support Engineer with over 7 years of hands-on experience to join a dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft 365 services, and will play a pivotal role in providing L3/L4 support and working on large-scale projects.
Responsibilities:

Provide L3/L4 support for end users, resolving complex issues related to MS Exchange Server and Microsoft 365 services.

Plan, design, and implement changes to Microsoft 365 services, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.

Guide and mentor team members on various project activities, ensuring successful project completion.

Automate repetitive tasks and requests to increase efficiency and reduce the need for manual intervention.

Collaborate within a large team environment, bringing a problem-solving mindset to address issues in complex systems.

Administer Microsoft 365, including managing SharePoint Online and PowerShell scripts to optimize service performance.
Required Skills:

7+ years of experience working with Microsoft Exchange Server.

Expertise in administering and supporting Microsoft 365 services.

Strong background in SharePoint Online management and administration.

Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and system management.

Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects in a large, complex environment.
