Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the outdoors and a strong background in retail management. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, inventory management, customer service, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, inventory management, customer service, and staff management.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.

- Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to make informed business decisions.

- Train and develop staff to provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

- Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment for all employees.

- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability.

- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.

- Strong leadership and management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of hunting and outdoor equipment is preferred.

- Proven track record of driving sales and increasing profitability.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.

- Must be fluent in Albanian and English.
