Key Responsibilities:

- Pick up and deliver packages, documents, and other items to designated locations according to assigned routes and schedules

- Verify the accuracy of delivery addresses and ensure that all packages are properly labeled and securely packed

- Use a variety of transportation methods, such as cars, vans, and motorcycles, to complete deliveries

- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery times and provide updates on any delays or issues

- Collect payments from customers and maintain accurate records of transactions

- Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws while driving and handling packages

- Report any delivery or pick-up issues to the supervisor and assist in resolving them

- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle, including performing routine maintenance and inspections

- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and customer service

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in a courier or delivery company

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Basic math and computer skills

- Physically fit and able to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds

- Familiarity with local roads and neighborhoods
