Social Media Trainer

 Job Description:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate lecturer to join our team at ROI Academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive relevant field instruction to students at various proficiency levels. This role includes creating course materials, delivering engaging lectures, and assessing student progress.

Responsibilities

  • Design and contribute to the development of training materials, including lesson plans, practical exercises, and assessments related to social media.
  • Deliver engaging and easy-to-follow training sessions on social media strategy, content creation, platform management, and analytics.

  • Evaluate student progress through assignments, content projects, and practical tasks, providing clear and constructive feedback.

  • Support students throughout the training process by addressing questions, challenges, and individual learning needs.

  • Stay updated with social media trends, platform changes, and best practices, and reflect these updates in the training content.

  • Collaborate with other members of ROI Holding to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment of the learning experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, Business, or a related field is preferred.

  • 3–5 years of practical experience working with social media platforms in a professional context.

  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and tools, including content planning, analytics, and basic paid promotion.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and practically.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, motivate, and support students in a positive learning environment.
