Call Center Agent (Inbound/Outbound)

 Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

- Making outbound calls to potential clients to promote our services and generate leads

- Building and maintaining relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up

- Identifying customer needs and providing solutions to meet those needs

- Updating customer information and maintaining accurate records in our database

- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and goals

- Collaborating with team members to ensure a positive and efficient customer experience

- Staying up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions

- Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the customer experience


Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong sales skills and the ability to persuade and influence others

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Positive attitude and a team player mentality

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
