Are you passionate about social media and ready to gain real, hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of digital marketing? Our New York-based social media agency is now accepting applications for our Spring 2026 Internship Program!

About Romi Digital

We are a dedicated social media agency located in the heart of New York City founded by two Irish Marketeers. We specialize in creating impactful digital campaigns for a diverse range of clients, focusing on innovation, creativity, and delivering measurable results. We work with clients in beauty, hospitality, e-commerce and much more!

Internship Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our creative team to develop engaging social media content

• Assist with managing and scheduling posts across multiple platforms

• Support daily social media management tasks for a wide range of clients

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas

• Monitor performance analytics and help evaluate campaign results

• Assist with basic graphic design and editing tasks

• Comfortable filming content and being on camera when needed

• Work closely with team members, communicate clearly, and contribute to group projects

• Step out of your comfort zone and be willing to try new tasks as needed

• Learn the many moving parts of agency life from content creation to strategy to project workflows

Qualifications

• Strong interest in social media and digital marketing

• Excellent written and communication skills

• Familiarity with key platforms such as Instagram and TikTok

• A creative eye and an understanding of aesthetic and hooking content

• Ability to work effectively within a team and in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable being on camera for client and agency content

• Organized, eager to learn, and able to handle multiple tasks

Internship Details

Period: January-May

Location: New York City (hybrid model combining in-office and remote work)

Compensation: Unpaid internship

Eligibility: Open to current college students or recent graduates
