Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and support a team of social workers, providing guidance, mentorship, and training as needed

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of social workers, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews

- Ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations

- Collaborate with other departments and agencies to coordinate services and resources for clients

- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders

- Oversee the implementation of new programs and initiatives to enhance service delivery

- Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for social work staff

- Conduct regular team meetings and provide updates to upper management on team performance and progress

- Handle any escalated client concerns or issues, and work to resolve them in a timely and effective manner

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and service delivery

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in social work, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

- Strong knowledge of social work principles, practices, and ethics

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and build relationships with community partners

- Experience in program development and implementation

- Proficiency in using technology and software for record-keeping and data analysis

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
