Position: Healthcare Recruiter

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team on a full-time, remote basis.

As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent in the healthcare field to meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your main goal will be to ensure that our clients have access to the best candidates in the market, while also providing a positive and efficient recruitment experience for both the candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various healthcare positions, including but not limited to nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff

- Utilize various recruitment methods, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract top talent

- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to create a pipeline of qualified candidates

- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

- Conduct thorough reference and background checks on potential candidates

- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in the healthcare market to ensure our recruitment strategies are effective and competitive

- Provide a positive and efficient recruitment experience for both candidates and clients

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in our database

- Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs set by the company

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Strong knowledge of healthcare industry and job market trends

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in various healthcare roles

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

- Proficient in using recruitment software and social media for candidate sourcing

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
