Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician Rooted Talent Solutions — Full Time

Rooted Talent Solutions is seeking a board-certified OBGYN to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in outpatient and inpatient settings. Deliver high-quality reproductive and perinatal services, manage chronic gynecologic conditions, supervise learners, and collaborate with the care team to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to female patients across reproductive life stages.
• Manage prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care; perform safe deliveries.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe medications and treatments.
• Provide outpatient and in-hospital medical care; manage chronic conditions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and charting.
• Consult with the Medical Director on complex cases and coordinate referrals to specialists.
• Participate in clinic policy development, quality improvement, and regulatory audits.
• Serve as a preceptor for medical students and NP/PA students; support nursing staff.
• Participate in daily team huddles, staff meetings, and clinic improvement activities.
• Implement community-based, patient-centered medical home practices.
• Rotate between clinic sites as needed and perform duties assigned by the Medical Director.

Schedule & Travel

• Mon–Fri, typical hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; occasional weekends possible.
• On-call approximately 5–6 days per month.
• No travel required.
