Rosetta Languages Inc. – Terms & Conditions for Referral Program

By participating in Rosetta Languages Inc.’s referral program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• You may refer others to apply as freelance interpreters, translators, or language professionals.

• Referrers may be current Rosetta linguists, staff, clients, or members of the public.

• You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

2. How Referrals Work

• A referral must be made by submitting the candidate’s information via our Referral Form or ensuring the applicant lists your name in the “Who referred you?” section of their application.

• Referred candidates must be new to Rosetta — not previously in our system or known to us.

• You may not refer yourself or create multiple identities to bypass this rule.

3. Reward Conditions

• A referral reward is granted only if:

  • The referred candidate is vetted and approved into our freelancer pool

  • The candidate completes at least one paid assignment within 60 calendar days of onboarding

• The standard reward is a $50 digital payment (subject to change).

• You’ll be contacted by our team to arrange payment once the referral conditions are met.

4. Payment Details

• Payments are made via Melio, PayPal, or other approved platforms.

• You are responsible for any tax reporting associated with referral payments.

• If we cannot reach you or verify your identity within 90 days of the reward being earned, the referral reward may be forfeited.

5. Disqualification Grounds

• Fraudulent, misleading, or spammy referrals will disqualify you from current and future rewards.

• Rosetta reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the referral program at any time and to determine in its sole discretion if a referral is eligible.

6. Non-Employment Relationship

• Participation in the referral program does not constitute an offer of employment or contract with Rosetta.

7. Privacy and Consent

• By submitting a referral, you confirm you have the referral’s consent to share their contact information with us.

• All referred candidates will be evaluated independently based on their qualifications and Rosetta’s current needs.

8. Final Interpretation

• Rosetta Languages Inc. reserves the final right to interpret and enforce these terms.

• Any disputes related to the referral program will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
