Assembly Technician – Water Treatment Systems

Position Overview
We are seeking Assembly Technicians to support the manufacturing and assembly of industrial water treatment systems. The role involves hands-on work assembling mechanical components, piping systems, and equipment under the guidance of the Production Line Manager.

Candidates should be practical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components including pumps, valves, filters, and pressure vessels
• Assist in installation of metal and plastic piping systems
• Support fitting, alignment, and connection of equipment on skid frames
• Assist with mounting of instruments and basic electrical components
• Follow technical drawings and assembly instructions
• Ensure proper use of tools and safe working practices
• Support testing activities such as pressure testing and flushing
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

Requirements

• Experience in mechanical assembly, industrial equipment, or similar hands-on work
• Ability to read and follow basic technical drawings
• Familiarity with tools used in mechanical assembly
• Basic understanding of piping systems is an advantage
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
