The ideal candidate is exceptionally organised, a world-class communicator, and has the commercial awareness to support brand growth, manage key projects, and engage with high-level stakeholders.

Application Process & Qualifying Questions

To apply, please submit your CV and answers to the following qualifying questions. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed:

  2. This role requires an exceptional standard of writing. Please submit a draft email to the CEO of another company on behalf of your boss, explaining why a meeting that had taken so much effort to coordinate now has to be moved. You will also be required to complete a live written assessment during the interview stage. Are you comfortable with this?
  3. How do you proactively manage competing priorities for multiple projects or stakeholders? Please provide a specific example.
  4. Which project management and social media scheduling tools are you most proficient with? Please provide links, if possible, to previous works.
  5. What are your availability (part-time/full-time), required compensation rate, and the key time zones you can comfortably work across?
