Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage and coordinate complex calendars for senior executives, anticipating conflicts and ensuring a seamless schedule.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper, handling internal and external correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
  • Arrange comprehensive domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, visas, and ground transportation.
  • Organise, prepare for, and support key meetings, including compiling agendas, taking minutes, and diligently tracking action items.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist with the creation and formatting of presentations, reports, and other important business documents.
  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with the utmost integrity.
  • Manage ad-hoc projects and personal errands as required to provide comprehensive support to the executives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role supporting C-level or senior leadership.
  • Experience working within a fintech, financial services, or fast-paced startup/scale-up environment is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack).
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and problem-solving mindset with a strong ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
  • A high degree of professionalism and discretion is essential.
  • A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience is acceptable.
