Fractional | Remote | Territory Focus

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING

This opportunity is designed for experienced professionals who already operate within recruitment, HR advisory, talent consulting, or related B2B professional services environments and who maintain an existing network of decision-makers they can engage commercially.

Rosies People is an award-winning international consultancy specialising in:

  • Executive and specialist hard-to-fill technical recruitment
  • HR advisory and organisational consulting
  • Leadership and management training
  • People and operational strategy/support

As we expand our international footprint, we are seeking Business Development Partners who can introduce organisations that would benefit from our services.

This is a fractional commercial partnership opportunity best suited to individuals who are confident engaging senior leaders and initiating strategic conversations with organisations.

About the Opportunity

This role operates as a flexible, performance-based commercial engagement.

You will identify organisations that could benefit from Rosie's People services and introduce those opportunities.

Individuals who are interested in this role should already work within recruitment, HR consulting, or related sectors and leverage their existing professional networks to create commercial opportunities.

Working hours are entirely flexible and determined by the partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying organisations that may require executive recruitment or HR advisory support
  • Engaging senior decision-makers, including CEOs, founders, CTOs, HR leaders, and senior executives
  • Initiating commercial conversations and introducing Rosie's People services
  • Securing meetings or commercial opportunities for the leadership team
  • Supporting the conversion of opportunities into client engagements
  • Maintaining professional records of engagement within our CRM system

Who This Opportunity Is For

This opportunity is best suited to individuals who:

  • Have prior experience in recruitment, HR consulting, talent advisory, or B2B professional services
  • Maintain existing relationships with business leaders or decision-makers
  • Are confident initiating conversations at the C-suite or senior leadership level
  • Prefer flexible, independent working structures
  • Understand how professional services are positioned and introduced to organisations
  • This opportunity is not a training role and is intended for individuals who can operate independently and generate commercial opportunities.

Engagement Structure

This opportunity is structured as a flexible, outcome-based commercial engagement.

Successful partners may undertake this role alongside their existing roles or consulting work.

As commercial activity grows and agreed thresholds are achieved, there may be opportunities to expand the engagement structure over time.

Territory Focus

This position focuses on organisations located within the USA & Canada.

Applicants should ideally already maintain professional relationships with companies operating within this region.

Important – Qualifying Questions (Read Before Applying) and Application

This opportunity is specifically designed for individuals who already operate within recruitment or HR consulting environments. To apply, please submit your CV and, within your covering note, provide the answers to the mandatory qualifying questions below. Applications without the answers provided will not be considered and will be disqualified.

If you cannot answer Yes to the first two questions below, this opportunity will not be suitable.

1. Industry Experience

Do you have at least 3 years of direct professional experience working in recruitment, HR advisory, talent consulting, or B2B professional services?

Minimum expectation: experience selling or delivering services within one of these sectors.

If your experience is primarily in unrelated sales environments, this opportunity will not be the right fit.

2. Existing Professional Network

Do you currently maintain professional relationships with business leaders, founders, HR leaders, or decision-makers who may require recruitment or HR advisory/people operations support?

3. Independent Commercial Activity

Are you comfortable independently identifying organisations, opening conversations with senior decision-makers, and introducing consultancy services?

4. Self-Directed Working Style

Are you comfortable working within a flexible, self-directed structure where you generate opportunities independently?

This engagement is best suited to individuals who prefer autonomy and commercial ownership.

Important

This opportunity is not a training position.

If you are expecting to be trained in how to sell recruitment or HR consultancy services, please do not apply.

We are specifically seeking individuals who already understand how these services are positioned and sold to organisations.

Please note that Rosie's People is a Remote-First, inclusive, and fair-hiring-process organisation. If you require any reasonable adjustments to be made when reviewing your application, please add a "Reasonable Adjustment Request" section to your application cover letter.
