  • This is a full-time field position for Mid-career sales professional with advancement opportunities
  • 75% of leads come from current customer base
  • Quarterly team retreats PLUS Award trips, Team outings
  • Pay rate up to $90K base PLUS commissions & Incentives up to $195K

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business & client services in Building automation design
  • Set & follow up on leads & referrals from current clients & generate new business
  • Understand HVAC equipment, system design, BAS & sequence of operations
  • Have proficient knowledge of energy & cost saving strategies for HVAC Commercial & lighting systems to explain to clients
  • Develop relationships with multiple buying influencers in client organizations
  • Qualify and target opportunities based on close customer knowledge
  • Manage budgeting quotes, asset plans, service agreements to support sales plans
  • Determine proposal price and selling strategy, review contract terms in compliance with company standards.
  • Partner closely with both MSRs and PSRs; serving as internal Client Services advocate & subject matter expert.
  • Provides total account business activity reports and annual forecasts.

Requirements

  • 3 + years experience in Building Automation, Building Commissioning, or Energy Services & Bachelors degree
  • Will need significant HVAC components / equipment, Building systems, and controls knowledge and experience.
  • Knowledge of commercial building construction, or Ops and facility maintenance experience
  • Good driving record / license
  • Enthusiasm to learn & work in a fast paced, ever evolving & growing dynamic energy service field
  • Must be Professional and Polished, tactful & respectful with clients & team members regardless of their status or position, accepts responsibility for own actions,
  • Great follows through on commitments & Effective time management skills-
  • Self-sufficient in time management, should have tools or ability to develop tools for continual efficiency & productivity

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)
