Senior Product Designer

RRC is a specialized recruiting firm that is partnering with startups to enterprise level companies nationwide. Our partner is Series B startup looking to expand their design team. 

We're searching for a Sr. Product Designer to own the core product experiences across our dashboard and onboarding flows. You will simplify complex setup, make the UI feel clean and trustworthy, and create a consistent design system that scales. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment with high ownership, light process, and tight iteration loops.

Youll partner closely with product and engineering, and collaborate with our existing designer who owns prompt design and AI messaging. Your job is to make the product surfaces around that messaging intuitive, efficient, transparent, and joyful.

The Sr. Product Designer Will:

• Own Core product experience design: Own and simplify the end-to-end user journey across onboarding, dashboard, and configuration flows—making setup, navigation, and daily use intuitive and cohesive.
• Own Systems and communication design: Build and maintain a scalable design system, ensure consistency across product communications, and refine account, billing, and lifecycle experiences.
• Own User insight and iteration: Run research, test ideas quickly, and use findings to continuously improve usability and clarity.

  • UX Friction Map across onboarding and the dashboard

  • Refined onboarding screens

  • Prototype of updated dashboard screens (desktop and mobile)

• 60 day Delivery

  • Validated dashboard UX updates ready to ship (desktop and mobile)

  • Prototype for core self-service flows

  • Defined, sized, and prioritized user personas for our clients and their customers

• 90 day Delivery

  • Full self-service checkout and onboarding prototype

  • Prototype for dashboard engagement via AI

  • Proposed design system changes

Your Sr. Product Design Experience:

• 5+ years of product design experience (proptech or B2B2C SaaS strongly preferred).
• Experience in the real estate tech, CRM, Marketplace or marketing automation products
• Shipped complex workflows and can simplify messy configuration and admin style interfaces
• Experience designing mobile-responsive web apps
• Previous copywriting experience in English/Spanish is a plus
• Fluency in English and Spanish and can collaborate smoothly

• National/International travel occasionally
