  • Review, develop and implement costing, pricing and recovery models for products as well as additional New product and feature releases that become available.
  • Review, develop and implement KPIs, Service Cards, Use Cases, additional product collateral, etc.
  • Develop and implement demand planning and forecasting framework to improve return on investment through effective capacity planning and inform future product roadmaps/product feature releases.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Manage the product lifecycle end to end, developing and maintaining product roadmaps, overseeing cross-functional product teams, develop product collaterals and communications, engage with clients to understand product and feature enhancement opportunities and forecast client demand, develop costing/pricing models, manage stakeholder relationships impacting a product launch, and develop marketing strategies to align to the business' requirements

    1. Public Sector Experience - 10%

    Parameters:

    • Does the individual have previous OPS or other public service experience in an organization of a similar size and structure?

    2. IT Product Management/Infrastructure and/or Application Solutions Development - 40%

    Parameters:

    • Does the individual have specific product management experience in a product manager role?
    • Does the individual have infrastructure or application development experience in a product manager, solution designer or developer role?

    3. Interpersonal Skills - 20%

    Parameters:

    Does the individual show a range of interpersonal skills that would be required to effectively execute as a senior product manager within the OPS?
