About the role: Our Client are seeking a highly organised Tenant Liaison Officer to act as the primary point of contact between our project teams, clients, and occupants of properties undergoing renovation works under the Mortgage to Rent Scheme & various other projects. This role requires someone with excellent communication, coordination and engagement skills.

• Initial Tenant Engagement 
• Pre - Works Coordination
• Ongoing Communication & Support
• Logistics & Relocation Support
• Corporate Responsibilities. 

Required: 

• Category B Full Driving License.
• Willingness to travel.
