About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our growing financial services business in Meath. Reporting directly to senior management, this role will lead and manage the HR function, ensuring the delivery of efficient, compliant, and people-focused HR services across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years experience in an HR management role, with a proven track record in supporting business growth, leading HR initiatives, and delivering high standards of operational excellence in a fast-paced, professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Leadership

Lead the HR function, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.

Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and workforce planning.

Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit.
Recruitment & Talent Management

Manage and oversee recruitment and selection processes, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.

Implement best practices in onboarding, career development, and succession planning.

Drive performance management processes, ensuring regular feedback, goal setting, and development planning.
Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, providing sound advice and resolution guidance.

Support a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.

Lead employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programmes.
Compliance & Policy Development

Ensure compliance with all employment legislation, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

Maintain and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and documentation.

Manage HR metrics and reporting for senior management.
Learning & Development

Identify training needs and coordinate relevant learning and development programmes.

Foster a culture of continuous professional growth and internal mobility.
HR Administration & Systems

Oversee HR systems and records management to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Manage payroll liaison, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
Requirements
-
A minimum of 5 years experience in an HR management role, ideally within professional or financial services.

Degree-qualified in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

CIPD qualification (Level 7 or higher) desirable.

Strong understanding of Irish employment law and HR best practice.

Proven leadership, influencing, and relationship management skills.

Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Confident communicator with the ability to interact at all levels of the business.

Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
