Role Overview

Our Client are seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to join our dynamic team. Key Duties (include but are not limited to):

• Advising clients on all areas of insurance, ensuring they fully understand their policies and coverage in line with regulatory standards.

• Negotiating terms and placing business with underwriters.

• Building strong relationships with existing clients while also developing new business.

• Collecting client information to evaluate insurance requirements and risk profiles.

• Researching policies and working with underwriters to secure the best coverage options.

• Providing risk management advice, including practical recommendations such as enhanced security measures for properties.

• Strengthening relationships with customers, insurers, and underwriters to support long-term growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of APA qualification, with at least 3 years of insurance industry experience.

• Must be compliant with the Central Bank of Irelands Minimum Competency Code.

• Commitment to maintaining annual CPD hours in line with Central Bank requirements.
