As our client continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our team in Dublin and help shape the future of our organisation.

Position Overview:

The Senior HR Advisor will provide expert HR support across the organization, acting as a trusted advisor to management and employees. This role requires a deep understanding of HR practices and employment law and the ability to influence and drive strategic HR initiatives. The successful candidate will lead in managing complex employee relations cases, advising on HR policy development, and contributing to the overall HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on various employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, performance management, and conflict resolution.
    • Led complex employee relations cases, conducted investigations and ensured fair and consistent application of HR policies.
    • Act as a mediator in employee disputes, working towards resolution and maintaining a positive work environment.
    • Contribute to developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives.
    • Lead the review, development, and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Irish employment law and best practices.
    • Oversee the recruitment process for senior-level and critical roles, ensuring a high candidate experience and selection standard.
    • Identify organizational training needs and design, develop, and deliver targeted learning and development programs.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Mentor and support HR team members in their professional development.
    • Analyse HR metrics and data to provide insights into workforce trends and inform decision-making.
    • Prepared and presented HR reports to senior management, highlighting key HR issues and opportunities.
    • Ensure all HR practices comply with relevant employment legislation, including GDPR requirements.
    • Advise on and manage HR-related risks associated with employee relations, compliance, and organizational change.
    • Lead or support internal audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented where necessary.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives that support the company's strategic goals.

Key Requirements:

    • A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
    • CIPD qualification is essential.
    • 5-7 years of experience in a broad HR role, with a strong focus on employee relations, HR policy development, and strategic HR initiatives.
    • Proven experience in managing complex employee relations cases and providing HR advice at a senior level.
    • Strong understanding of Irish employment law and HR best practices.

 Salary Package:

€ 55,000.00 - 60,000.00 (Euro)
