About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our client's busy HR team within a fast-paced financial services office based in Meath. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources and office administration within a professional and collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will provide general administrative support to the HR team and assist with day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative and clerical support to the HR team.

Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process including posting job adverts, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.

Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee files and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Prepare HR documentation such as contracts, reference letters, and policy templates.

Assist with HR reporting, data entry, and compliance documentation.

Support internal communication initiatives and employee engagement activities.

Provide assistance in organising training sessions and performance review logistics.

Handle HR-related queries and direct employees to appropriate resources.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth administrative operations.
Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Professional, discreet, and able to handle sensitive information.

A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work as part of a small, dynamic team.
