The Role

As a CNA at Quail Court, you will be part of the daily rhythm of residents' lives, supporting both their physical needs and emotional well-being.

You will:

Assist residents with activities of daily living with care and respect

Support personal hygiene and comfort

Promote skin integrity and follow care programs

Assist with mobility, ambulation, and use of assistive devices

Encourage independence and participation in daily activities

Support nutrition, hydration, and meal assistance

Assist with bladder and bowel care routines

Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and observations

Provide compassionate care, including end-of-life support

Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment

Collaborate with nurses and team members to ensure quality care

Help welcome and orient new staff members

What We Are Looking For

Must be 18 years or older

Current NA-C certification in Washington State

Food handler's permit (or ability to obtain)

First Aid and CPR certification (or ability to obtain)

Willingness to obtain within 120 days:
Nurse Delegation Certification
Modified Fundamentals of Nursing Certification
Dementia Training Certification

Comfort working independently in a rural setting

A compassionate, patient-centered mindset

Ability to cook, bake, and support a home-like environment

Strong work ethic, reliability, and heart for service

Work Environment
