The Opportunity

Evaluate and treat patients referred for physical therapy

Develop individualized treatment plans focused on strength, flexibility, mobility, and function

Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, balance training, and gait training

Support pain management and recovery through appropriate modalities including heat, cold, massage, joint mobilization, and electrical stimulation

Educate patients and families on treatment plans, progress, and long term care strategies

Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure coordinated patient care

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Schedule and Work Environment

Full time position

Forty hours per week

Flexible scheduling options including four ten hour days or five eight hour days

Day shift

Supportive and team oriented environment

Electronic medical record system supported by clinical staff

What We Are Looking For

Current Physical Therapist license in Washington State

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

One or more years of experience preferred

Experience in orthopedics or neurology preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A collaborative approach to patient care

A commitment to providing high quality, patient centered therapy
