Rural Staffing Services is partnering with Greater Seacoast Community Health to recruit a Dental Practice Manager who will help lead operations across two dental clinic locations in Somersworth and Portsmouth.

The Opportunity
The Dental Practice Manager supports the daily operations of the dental clinics while strengthening billing performance, patient access, and team coordination.
Key responsibilities include:
Supervise and support dental front desk staff across two locations
Coordinate patient scheduling including emergency and complex appointments
Support onboarding, training, and development of staff
Address patient concerns with professionalism and empathy
Oversee dental billing processes including claims submission and follow up
Ensure accuracy in insurance verification and documentation workflows
Monitor billing trends and work to reduce denials
Collaborate with billing teams to improve reimbursement performance
Support vendor billing and financial tracking
Partner with the Chief Dental Officer and leadership team
Maintain compliance, confidentiality, and operational standards
What You Will Bring
Dental office experience
Experience with dental billing and revenue cycle processes
Strong understanding of insurance verification and claims workflows
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Commitment to patient centered care
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
Supervisory or leadership experience
Experience in community health or multi site environments
