A regional healthcare system in Western Arizona is seeking a Market Director of People Services to lead HR strategy, culture, and workforce development across the organization. This is a senior leadership role responsible for guiding all aspects of Human Resources while supporting a mission-driven team of clinical and administrative professionals.

This position is ideal for a seasoned HR leader who thrives in a healthcare setting, values strong community connection, and is energized by building people-centered systems that support organizational excellence.

What You Will Lead

  • HR leadership, strategy, and organizational planning

  • Employee relations and workforce engagement

  • Talent acquisition, onboarding, coaching, and performance support

  • HR policies, compliance, and regulatory standards

  • Budget oversight, HR technology, and data reporting

  • Departmental development, workflow improvement, and staff support

  • Culture-building, recognition programs, and organizational communication

What Were Looking For

Prior HR Director / People Services Director experience
4+ years of HR leadership experience in a healthcare environment
Strong background in employee relations
Ability to support leaders and staff with professionalism and empathy
Bachelors degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
