About the Opportunity
A regional healthcare system in Western Arizona is seeking a Market Director of People Services to lead HR strategy, culture, and workforce development across the organization. This is a senior leadership role responsible for guiding all aspects of Human Resources while supporting a mission-driven team of clinical and administrative professionals.

What You Will Lead

What Were Looking For
Prior HR Director / People Services Director experience
4+ years of HR leadership experience in a healthcare environment
Strong background in employee relations
Ability to support leaders and staff with professionalism and empathy
Bachelors degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
