Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a dedicated cardiopulmonary team committed to excellence in patient care.

Ideal Candidate

  • Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program.

  • Holds a Baccalaureate degree in a related clinical or business discipline.

  • Current Respiratory Care Practitioner license (or eligibility for licensure).

  • At least 3 years of leadership or management experience in Cardiopulmonary or related clinical service areas.

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a collaborative leadership style.
